The façade of this building boasts a bold concertina element undulating along the streetscape. The interior detailing took its cue from this, utilising accordion shapes in the joinery sections and the tiled splashback. Exposed concrete ceilings with playful pendant lighting give these apartments a casual yet homely aesthetic suited perfectly to the South Melbourne vibe.
